Start the meeting with maximum visibility! While attendees are gathering before the early morning sessions, your company representatives will have the opportunity to greet them at the coffee station. It’s the perfect chance to make a warm first impression and personally invite attendees to visit your booth in the exhibit hall. The coffee break will be set up in the foyer outside of general session and near the AACS registration desk.
