Current Member Upgrading to Fellow - #2

This application is for current Physician members following the Traditional pathway (#2) to become a Fellow member.

This pathway is for those applicants who fulfill the following criteria:

1. 1. With a current medical license in the location where he or she practices.
      
      
   2. Are board certified in a “surgical specialty” by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists (AOA-BOS), the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, or for internationally trained surgeons, the College of Surgeons of South Africa, the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery, the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the Royal College of Surgeons of England, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Consejo Mexicano, or the Philippine Board of Surgery, or other board deemed equivalent by the AACS’ Board of Trustees.
      
      
   3. Who demonstrate, using this AACS surgical case listing template, that they have performed at least fifty (50) cosmetic surgery procedures as the surgeon with primary responsibility for the procedure, during the year prior to applying for Fellow-level membership.
