Scott Blyer

Dr. Scott Blyer, also known as DrBfixin, is a Triple Board-Certified, fellowship-trained Cosmetic Surgeon who has dedicated his practice exclusively to cosmetic enhancement in New York since 2006. He serves as the President of the NY State Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and is a Trustee for the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS). Additionally, Dr. Blyer chairs the BBL Safety Committee, is a faculty member of the ABCS BBL safety courses, and co-chairs the Fellowship & Board Review Committee. He is also a Board Examiner for the ABCS, the only board that grants certification in cosmetic surgery, and a member of the ABCS Written Exam Committee. As the Fellowship Director at the prestigious JACHO-certified CAMEO Surgery Center, Dr. Blyer is one of the few WAGS-certified BBL Ultrasound Masters globally and runs the only WAGS-certified teaching center for BBL training in the Northeast.

Dr. Blyer has lectured worldwide, authored multiple textbook chapters, journal articles, and his own book, 'The BBL Bible.' His community outreach efforts include free tattoo removal for victims of sexual trafficking, free surgery for survivors of domestic violence, and pro bono surgery for individuals bullied due to physical deformities. With a social media outreach exceeding 1 million followers, Dr. Blyer prides himself on being an out-of-the-box thinker.
