Dr Mark Mandell -Brown is triple board certified in General Cosmetic Surgery, Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, and Otolarlyngology -Head & Neck Surgery. He has served as Chairman of the AACS Fellowship Program , President of the AACS and honored with the Webster Award in 2019. After medical school in Cincinnati - He trained in Denver , Pittsburgh , and Birmingham before returning to Cincinnati Ohio where he established The Plastic Surgery Experts. He has been voted “Best Plastic Surgeon “ in the Cincinnati CityBeat 2015-2025 and in the Cincinnati Enquirer 2022- 2025. He has been named “Top Doc” in plastic by physician polls in Cincinnati Magazine from 2009 to 2026
With 35 years in practice, Dr Mandell -Brown offers his expertise in facial and body cosmetic surgery.
He also is an active surgery center surveyor for AAAHC since 2004. He has served as chairman on AAAHC committees and recently stepped down from the AAAHC 13 member Board of Trustees.
