Chad S. Sloan, MD

Dr Sloan is a fellowship trained and board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with advanced training in facial plastic surgery, facial trauma, and reconstructive surgery. He attended Brigham Young University, followed by dental school (DDS) at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, CA and medical school (MD) at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha, NE. He completed a general surgery internship and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, followed by a cosmetic surgery fellowship with extensive experience in face and neck lift, rhinoplasty (nose surgery), blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), laser skin resurfacing, and complex reconstructive and aesthetic procedures. He is a full credentialed member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and Associate Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. His clinical expertise includes facial trauma and reconstruction, orthognathic (jaw surgery), and comprehensive oral surgery and facial plastic surgery - allowing him to address both function and aesthetics at the highest level.
