Registration Instructions
- The system accepts one professional registration per transaction. This ensures that we have proper record of attendance and CME. Spouse/Guest registrations may be processed in the same transaction by selecting the Guest ticket.
- Please be aware that registration is not complete until your payment has been processed.
- IMPORTANT: to register your office staff, you must first log out of your member profile. Then, register each staff personnel through his or her own member profile and own email address.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration fees, less an administrative fee of $150, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to the AACS headquarters office on or before January 20, 2026. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by AACS. Please email your cancellation request to info@cosmeticsurgery.org. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events, or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, AACS is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for travel, airfare, hotel, or transpiration costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is recommended the registrant purchase independent travel insurance.
